B.G.Auto Engineers Ltd.

This company is now set up as an ancillary to Kalyani Brakes to produce precision turned parts. I selected the machines, decided on the process, selected the personnel, worked out the costing and negotiated rates with the customer. This project was handled on a turnkey basis. The company is now working for last one year.

Yamazaki Mazak India Branch

Yamazaki Mazak, a Japanese company, is the largest machine machine tool company in the world at present. They appointed me as an adviser to set up their branch in India. I obtained the Reserve Bank of India permission for their branch. Assisted them to select the city where the branch should be set up, located the suitable premises and assisted them to recruit personnel.I presented a report on possible marketing strategy in India for their products which they are now implementing.

Kalyani Brakes

I helped Kalyani Brakes to select suitable CNC machines to set up a single piece flow line to manufacture brake assemblies at their new plant in Chakan, near Pune.

Current Projects

I have assisted K.C.Toolroom to set up a facility with a High Speed Machining Centre for manufacture of Dies & Moulds. This is also a Turnkey Project.

I am able to offer Consultancy in the field of Productivity & Quality Improvement. I can help companies to improve their manufacturing process and thereby achieve Process Capability requirements.

I have taken a Consultancy Assignement with Kulkarni Power Tools, Sangli to Improve their productivity. I am also preparing a feasibility report for them to introduce Single Piece Flow Line in their Machine Shop.
